摘要:
针对学生上课效率低下的普遍现象,构建大学生听课效率评价指标,采用解释结构模型对影响大学生听课效率的因素进行分析,并根据模型分析的结果,分析各因素之间的联系以及对听课效率影响的直接程度。将影响听课效率的可能因素分成5个层面,深入分析了各因素之间相互作用的层次结构,得出影响听课效率的最直接因素为授课方式、课堂氛围以及学生注意力;间接因素为中间层级的学校硬件设施、教学能力;基础因素是最底层的影响因素,包括排课时间以及周围的人群,并据此从学校、教师以及学生本身三个角度出发,提出相应意见和建议,提高大学生的听课效率,进而提高大学生的学业素质和技能。
Abstract:
Based on the general phenomenon of students’inefficiency in class,this paper constructs evaluation indexes of college students’lecture efficiency,uses inference structural models to analyzes the influencing factors affecting college students’listening efficiency,and analyzes the relationship between various factors and the impact on class efficiency according to the results of model analysis.This paper divides the possible factors affecting the efficiency of listening lessons into five levels,then analyzes the hierarchical structure of the interactions among various factors,and finds out that the most direct factors are the teaching method,classroom atmosphere and students’attention;the indirect factors are the hardware facilities and teaching ability of the middle-level schools;the basic factors are the bottom-level influencing factors including the class time and the surrounding people.Based on the three perspectives of the school,the teacher and the students themselves,the author puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the students’lectures and improve the academic quality and skills of the students.
