摘要:
教师的日常发展是各方面因素综合作用的结果,其中职后教师教育者对教师的信任是教师日常发展不可或缺的动力。但是双方之间的信任经常受到威胁,诸如过度批判和误解理论与实践之间的关系等都会对二者之间的信任产生负面作用,进而影响教师的学习与发展。从信任激发教师的内部学习动机、信任缺失的后果以及信任迁移等论证了信任教师的理由,在此基础上,从承认教师发展的多可能、重建二者之间的角色关系以及让教师基于自己的经验学习等三个方面提出在教育过程中教师教育者如何做到信任教师。
Abstract:
Teachers’daily development is the result of comprehensive effects of various factors.Among them,the trust of post-employment educators on the school teachers is an indispensable driving force for teachers’daily development.However,the trust between the two sides is often threatened.For example,excessive criticism and misunderstanding of the relationship between theory and practice has a negative impact on the trust,which also affects the learning and development of teachers.This paper demonstrates the reasons for trusting teachers through trust stimulating teachers’internal learning motivation,consequences of lack of trust,and trust transfer.On this basis,this paper puts forward how the educators trust the school teachers in the process of education from three aspects:recognition of the possibility of teacher development,reconstruction of their role relationship and teachers’learning based on their own experience.
