摘要:: 全面提高人才培养能力是高等教育的核心点。以集美大学食品科学与工程专业为例，探究卓越农林人才教育培养计划中“3”与“1”之间的“衔接”及策略。从“衔接”的定义、内容、衔接策略和卓越农林人才教育培养计划的成效分析等方面，对“3”与“1”之间的“衔接”意义，学生的学习所得及我们的期待进行了研究。研究发现，“3”与“1”之间的“衔接”是十分必要的，是快速提高复合应用型卓越农林人才工程能力的有效手段。

Abstract:: Improving the comprehensive ability of talents is the emphasis of higher education.The purpose of the article is to explore the “bridging” and strategy of between “3” and “1” in the excellent agriculture and forestry talents cultivation plan.The article took the major of food science and engineering of Jimei University as an example，analyzed the meaning of “bridging”，the students learning income，our expect by the definition of “bridging”，the content ，the bridging strategy，and the results analysis of the excellent A ＆ F talents cultivation plan，etc.Through study，we found that the “bridging” between “3” and “1” is very necessary.The “bridging” is effective means for rapidly improving students’ project ability by the excellent A ＆ F talents cultivation plan.
