高校发展型资助视域下精准资助体系的构建——以集美大学为例-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

摘要:: 在高校发展型资助工作的大背景下，精准资助已成为高校学生资助工作的重点。为全面深入地掌握学校精准资助工作的开展情况，课题组以集美大学为例，设计调研方案，在召开师生座谈会、走访相关学院和学生宿舍、个体深度访谈的基础上开展问卷调研，发现精准资助工作过程中存在认定识别不够精细、帮扶资源分配不够合理、资助管理过程不够规范、监督管理机制不够健全、发展型帮扶措施不够完善的问题。在此基础上，课题组从对象精准、力度精准、管理精准、监管精准和培养精准五个方面对大学生精准资助体系的构建提出对策建议。

Abstract:: Under the background of the development-oriented financial assistance in universities ，precise financial assistance has become an important part of student financial assistance in university.In order to know the development of the precise financial assistance work well and completely，the research group tookJimei University as a case，designed research program，conducted questionnaires on the basis of holding teacher-student symposiums，visited some colleges and students’ dormitories ，and conducted in-depth interviews with individuals.Which has found some problems like insufficient identification，unreasonable allocation of support resources，insufficient standardization of the process，inadequate supervision mechanism，and faultiness on developmentoriented assistance measures in the process of precise financial assistance.Based on that，the research group is about to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of college students’ precise financial assistance system from five aspects ：precise object，precise enforcement，precise management，precise supervision and precise training.
