摘要:
培养人格健全的人是落实高校教育立德树人根本任务的内在要求。健全人格的培养需要贯彻人本主义、理解人性需求、重视人文教育,方能达成人的自我实现与全面发展的人格培养目标。首先基于人本主义思想阐述了健全人格的内涵;其次指出大学生人性中有对尊重感、成就感、归属感与新鲜感的心理需求,分析了大学生人格发展过程中的自我悦纳、自我成就、人际关系及学习兴趣问题;最后基于人文教育真善美的特性提出了上述问题的解决之道。
Abstract:
To cultivate people with sound personality by pursuing the personality goal and practicing its path of "four people in one",that is,the cultivation of sound personality needs to carry out humanism,understand the needs of human nature,pay attention to humanistic education in order to achieve the goal of self-realization and all-round development of human personality training.Firstly,the connotation of sound personality is expounded based on humanism.Then the paper points out the psychological demands of recognition,accomplishment,belonging and freshness in human nature,and analyzes the issues of selfliking,self-achievement,interpersonal relationship,and learning interest in the process of college students’ personality development.Finally,the solutions to the above issues are suggested based on the characteristics of humanistic education,which is truth,goodness and beauty.
