摘要:
“双一流”建设背景下,面对高校教学督导现存问题,有必要组建教学督导联盟。高校教学督导联盟因其专业性、公正性、合作性、平等性、共享性特征,有助于优化教学督导资源配置,有助于保障教学督导的严肃性和权威性,有助于增强高校教学督导评价的力量,有助于推进教育教学质量保障体系。构建高校教学督导联盟,要转变观念,正确认识教学督导联盟的重要作用,政府适度参与高校教学督导联盟的建设,制定高校教学督导联盟合作计划,组建协调管理组织机构和管理队伍,建立高校教学督导联盟信息服务平台。
Abstract:
The creation of college teaching supervision association helps to optimize the teaching supervision and resource allocation,guarantee the seriousness,dignity and authority of teaching supervision,strengthen the evaluation of the strength,and promote the teaching quality guarantee system because of college teaching supervision association’s features,such as professionalism,impartiality,cooperation,equality,and sharing characteristics.In order to construct the teaching supervision union,we must transform the idea,and correctly understand the important role of the teaching supervision union.government involve in the teaching supervision League appropriately.make plans for cooperation teaching supervision Union,setting up the coordination management organization and management team,establish the information service platform of Teaching Supervision union.
