摘要:
探讨心理资本在大学生家庭功能与学业拖延之间的中介作用。对选取的260名大学生采用家庭亲密度与适应性量表(FACES II)中文版、积极心理资本问卷和学业拖延评估量表(PASS)进行调查。结果表明:(1)家庭功能总分及其各维度得分与心理资本总分呈显著正相关而与学业拖延总分呈显著负相关,心理资本总分与学业拖延总分呈显著负相关。(2)心理资本在大学生家庭功能与学业拖延之间存在完全中介效应。结论:家庭功能对学业拖延行为具有重要的直接预测作用,心理资本在这一预测过程中起完全中介作用。有关结果对于大学生拖延行为的干预有重要理论依据和实践指导意义。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the mediation role of university graduates’ psychological capital plays between family functioning and academic procrastination. Methods: 260 university graduates were investigated by Chinese FACES II ,Psychological Capital Questionnaires and PASS with convenience sampling method. Results ①University graduates’ family functioning is positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.54,P<0.01), while negatively correlated with academic procrastination(r=-0.21,P<0.01); university graduates’ psychological capital is negatively correlated with academic procrastination(r=-0.29,P<0.01).③ Psychological capital plays an entirely part of the intermediary role between family functioning and academic procrastination . Conclusions Family functions on academic procrastination has important direct prediction effect, psychological capital in the prediction process completely mediating role. The results for the intervention of college students procrastination has important theoretical basis and practical guiding significance.
