摘要:
作为高职院校高素质人才培养的中坚力量——既通晓学术知识又掌握职业技能的“双师型”教师,在发展我国高等职业教育方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,而这类教师的资格准入考试工作更是处在高等职业教育发展中的一个重要环节。德国作为职业教育起步最早、发展最快的国家,其职教的繁荣与之完善的教师资格准入体制是密不可分的。面对我国高职院校“双师型”教师资格准入考试中存在的种种问题,唯有善于参考和适当借鉴德国职业院校教师准入体制中的成功经验,社会各界和高校通力合作,提高报考门槛、严控考试流程、规范考核内容、完善聘任权力,才能保证选拔出真正合格的“双师型”教师,从而促进中国高等职业教育事业的蓬勃发展。
Abstract:
As the hard core of High-quality personnel training of higher vocational colleges——“Double-Competency” teachers who have academic knowledge and professional Skills are playing an increasingly important role in development of higher vocational education. However, the qualified access text of them is a critical link in development of higher vocational education. As the earlieststarting and the fastestgrowing country of vocational education, the prosperity of vocational education can be related to the improvement of teacher recruitment system in Germany. Faced with many problems existing in the qualified access text of “Double-Competency” Teachers in our higher vocational colleges, we should cooperate with the community and the university, raise the threshold to apply, control the examination process, standardize the assessment content and perfect the power of appointment. Only when we learn from the successful experience of higher vocational colleges in Germany appropriately can we ensure the selection of qualified “Double-Competency” teachers and make an improvement in higher vocational education in China.
