摘要:
培养大学生工程实践创新能力是工科院校教育教学改革的重要内容。根据工程教育的特点及工程人才素质要求,分析“产学研赛”人才培养模式的基本内涵。针对传统教学模式存在的不足,提出构建“产学研赛”人才培养模式内容。将理论教学与企业生产实践结合、与参加课外科技活动结合、与参加科技竞赛结合。完善目前比较程式化的高校产学研培养模式,为多元化人才培养模式的进一步研究提供理论依据。通过在集美大学“机械设计制造及其自动化”专业中教学实践,取得具有示范推广作用成效。
Abstract:
Cultivating engineering ability of practice and innovation is the important contents of the education and teaching reform in engineering colleges. According to the requirements of the engineering education and the characteristics of the engineering personnel quality, the basic talent training mode “Production, Studying, Research, and Competition” is analyzed. In view of the traditional teaching mode insufficient, the talent training mode "Production, Studying, Research, and Competition" is put forward and constructed which is practiced in the profession of mechanical design manufacturing and automation in Jimei University. Certain demonstration and promotion roles have been obtained.
