摘要:
民办高校中外合作办学分类管理的探索可以为民办教育分类改革提供经验和启迪。民办高校分类管理改革应树立扶持与规范并重，差别化扶持的理念，应适时修改《中外合作办学条例实施办法》等相关政策和规定，合理设计分类管理的方案及完善政府保障工作。
Abstract:
To explore the category management in Chinese and Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (CFCRS) of private education can provide experience and inspiration for the whole private education. The reform of private higher education’s category management should establish the system that both support and standardization are important, carry out the differentiated policy support idea, amend the “CFCRS’s regulations and implementation” in time, design rationally of the classification management program and improve the government guarantee work.
