摘要:
该研究编制了我国高校教师激励风格问卷,并对227名民办高校青年教师进行了调查研究,结果表明:高校教师激励风格是一个多维结构,包括目标激励、自主激励、关系激励和控制激励四个维度。高校教师激励风格问卷具有较好的信度和效度。民办高校青年教师倾向于采用目标激励的方式激发学生的学习动机,其次是关系激励,再次是自主激励,较少采用控制激励的方式。民办高校青年教师的激励风格在关系激励维度上,女教师得分显著低于男教师得分,不同学历的教师的激励风格不存在显著差异。
Abstract:
The Motivating Style Scale for College Teachers was produced after papers conclusion, open questionnaire, personal interview. With the scale, it investigated 227 college young teachers. The results showed: The Motivating Style Scale consists of four parts, namely, the target motivating strategy, the relationship motivating strategy, the autonomy motivating strategy, and the controlling motivating strategy. There were good theoretical conception, high reliability, and high validity about the scale. The college young teachers tended to motive students’learning by the target motivating strategy , followed by the relationship motivating strategy and the autonomy motivating strategy,less by controlling motivating strategy. 4. The difference of the target motivating strategy were significant in sex and the difference of the relationship motivating strategy were significant in age, but the difference of the motivating style were not significant in school age and education.
