摘要:
美国密歇根州立大学的教师教育享誉世界，其在教育实习质量保障方面的经验值得借鉴参考。其教育实习质量保障是全程、全方位的，包括实习前的实习资格准入制度、实习分配制度、实习指导教师职责制度、实习评价制度、实习过程中的专业学习计划等。
Abstract:
Teacher Education of Michigan State University is famous in the world. The quality assurance of education internship of Michigan State University set a good example for us, including criteria for progress to internship, field placement policies, the responsibility of mentoring, assessment of internship and the professional learning plan of internship.
