摘要:
采用问卷调查的方式了解到转型期高校教师工作家庭冲突总体水平不高,但工作对家庭的干扰,特别是心理资源和情绪情感的干扰较大。影响教师工作家庭冲突的因素既有教师个人的因素,也有学校支持的因素。高校应该提供各种有针对性的工作支持;提高宣传工作水平,做好与教师的沟通;实施家庭福利措施,工会扮演好教师“娘家人”的角色;改善工作环境,为教师提供边界清晰的工作场所等,改善高校教师家庭学校冲突,争取家庭学校平衡。
Abstract:
By questionnaire investigation, this paper comes to conclusion that the work-family conflict of teachers in university which is in transition period is not very serious, but it interferes work. Mental resources and emotion from work interfered their family life much. To solve the conflict, university should adopt four measures: offer different support to different teachers; increase the level of policy dissemination, do well in communication with teachers; implement policy to improve family benefits, labor union plays a good “mother family”; better teachers’ work environment to draw a clear distinction between work and family.
