摘要:
针对独立学院特点，结合教学实践，分析独立学院实践教学管理的现状，提出实践教学管理的优化原则， 即方向性、特色性、匹配性、激励性、时效性。并主要从实践教学管理认识、实践教学管理队伍、实践教学质量监控、实践教学档案管理几个方面提出优化措施。
Abstract:
According to the characteristics of independent college, combining the teaching practice, this paper analyzes the current situation of practice teaching management in independent colleges, and puts forward the optimization principles—orientation, characteristic, matching, motivation and timeliness. This paper also puts forward the optimization measures for the practice teaching management understanding, practice teaching management team, practice teaching quality control, and practice teaching file management.
