摘要:
让研究生参与重大科研项目,激发研究生兴趣,增强其创新意识;导师团队可以培养研究生的团队协作精神;增加学术活动和学术交流活动,研究学术前沿课题,使研究生具有良好的创新实践能力和团队协作意识。十多年来,课题组在教学实践中,形成了以重大项目为牵引、以导师团队为保障的研究生创新能力培养模式。
Abstract:
This paper introduces an innovative capability training mode for graduate students with major projects as traction and instructor team as ensurance, which is a result of more than ten years’teaching practice. Engage graduates in major projects to stimulate their research interest and strengthen their innovative consciousness; foster their team spirit with the help of instructor team; involve students in academic activities and frontier research to endow them with innovative capability and teamwork consciousness.
