摘要:
从新西兰中小学的德育目标、价值取向、课程设置、实施路径及效果评估等方面,考察了新西兰中小学德育的特点。研究认为,新西兰中小学德育取得了显著实效,其主要特点表现在:将道德教育视为培养合格乃至优秀公民的必备手段;不以专门的德育课程为教育途径,而主要依靠各门学科的交叉融合、隐性渗透的方式实施,最为主要的两大课程载体是健康和体育课、社会科学课;在德育过程中,既关注青少年的主体性建构,也注重个性化塑造,凸显人文关怀;注重道德知识、道德情感与道德生活的联系;能够有效动员多方力量实现道德教育的整合联动
Abstract:
The characteristics of moral education in New Zealand’s primary and secondary schools are investigated from the aspects of moral education objectives, value orientation, curriculum setting,implementation path and effect evaluation. The research argues that New Zealand has achieved remarkable effectiveness of moral education in primary and secondary schools. Firstly, the moral education is regard as a necessary means to cultivate qualified and outstanding citizens; Secondly, instead of adopting a specific moral education curriculum as education means, the moral education is implemented mainly by relying on the fusion and implicit penetration between various subjects, with the two major course carriers being the health and physical education, social science class; Thirdly, the process of moral education not only pays attention to the construction of teenagers’ subjectivity, but also emphasizes individuality shaping, and highlights humanistic concerns; Fourthly, attention is paid to the connection between moral knowledge, moral emotion and moral life;Finally, multiple forces are effectively mobilized to realize the integration and linkage of moral education.
