摘要:
运用层级回归方法研究了师生关系、同学关系对研究生创新行为的影响以及角色认同的中介作用。结果发现:师生关系与同学关系均显著影响研究生创新行为;师生关系显著影响角色认同,而同学关系对角色认同影响不显著;角色认同在师生关系与研究生创新行为间起到部分中介作用。
Abstract:
Using hierarchical regression analysis, the paper explored the influence of teacherstudent relationship and classmate relation on postgraduates’ creativity and the mediating effects of role identity. Results showed that:teacher-student relationship and classmate relation had significant influences on postgraduates’ creativity;teacher-student relationship significantly affected role identity, while classmate relation had no significant effect;the relationship was mediated by role identity between teacher-student relationship and postgraduates’ creativity.
