摘要:
加拿大安大略省近年来十分重视学前教育,并把师资队伍建设作为提升学前教育质量的重要举措之一。作为该省学前教育师资培养的主阵地,社区学院发挥了至关重要的作用。在多年的实践中社区学院积累了较为成熟的办学经验,其教学组织形式多样,学制层次丰富。以汉博理工学院的两年制大专文凭教育项目和亚岗昆社区学院的四年制学士学位教育项目为例,剖析安大略省社区学院两种不同学制的儿童早期教育师资培养的经验,以期为我国学前教育师资队伍建设提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Ontario attached great importance to early childhood education in recent years,and took the education and professional development of educators as one of the important measures to improve the quality of early childhood education.As the main front of early childhood educators programs in this province,Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology plays a vital role.In many years of practice,OCAATs have accumulated relatively mature experiences,with various learning forms and different length of schooling.Taking the two-year diploma program of Humber College Institute of Technology and four-year bachelor’s degree program of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology as examples,this paper analyzes the experiences of the two different kinds of programs.And it could provide a reference for China.
