摘要:
评价是教学活动的重要环节,教师在教学活动过程中的评价是影响教学质量的关键因素。从评价认知、评价态度和评价能力三方面对某所大学英语教师评价素养进行现状调查,发现影响教师评价素养的因素主要是高校课程设置的缺失、教师缺乏相关评价知识的指导以及教师主动学习的不足等这些因素导致大学教师整体评价素养不高。对提升大学英语教师的评价素养提出一些建议,以期实现一线教师在评价素养方面表现得越突出,越能够更好地在实际教学中提升教育质量的目标。
Abstract:
Assessment is an important link in teaching activities.It is also the key factor affecting teaching quality during the teaching process.This paper investigates assessment literacy of English teachers in a university from three aspects:assessment cognition,assessment attitude and assessment ability.It is found that the main factors affecting teachers’assessment literacy are:the lack of curriculum setting in universities,the lack of guidance of teachers’relevant evaluation knowledge and the lack of active learning among teachers.Those factors lead to the overall low assessment literacy of university teachers.The paper also puts forward some suggestions to improve the assessment literacy of English teachers,in order to achieve the target that the more outstanding assessment literacy university teachers grasp,the better they can improve the quality of education in practical teaching.
