摘要:
美国丹佛市教师职业津贴项目方案经历了两次系统性调整,均反映了美国中小学教师绩效工资制度改革的新发展和新形势。其中,2019年的调整呈现出了坚持保障优先,注重隐性激励,关注长期绩效的新动向,这可为我国中小学教师绩效工资制度改革新的发展阶段可能出现的问题及变化提供政策参考和借鉴。
Abstract:
Denver’ s Professional Compensation System for Teachers (ProComp) has gone through two systematic changes,both reflecting the new trends and directions for American primary and secondary teachers’ pay-for-performance reform.The change in 2019 represents a new trend of putting a priority on equality,paying attention to implicit incentives,and focusing on longterm performance,which can provide forwardlooking policy reference for possible problems and changes that may occur in the new development stage of Chinse primary and secondary teachers’ pay-for-performance reform.
