摘要:
当前社会观念和心理认知对涉农高校大学生专业思想造成新的困境,包括第一志愿录取比例低、转专业比例高、职业认同感低、改行比例高等问题。在习近平关于教育的重要论述启示下,开展“抓住好奇心,培养学习兴趣”“抓住探索心,培养科研兴趣”“抓住进取心,培养综合能力”“抓住事业心,培养就业能力”的分层次专业思想教育,改善社会认知、培养环境、就业环境、培养模式,是化解农科学生专业思想教育困境的有效路径。
Abstract:
The new age has seen new difficulties in the ideological education for the students in agricultural colleges and universities due to the change of the social values and psychological cognition,resulting in a low proportion of first voluntary admission,a high proportion of changing majors,low professional identity and a high proportion of changing careers.Inspired by Xi Jinping’s important remarks on education,this study proposes several effective solutions such as stratified ideological education,including cultivation of learning interest by arousing curiosity,academic interest by training explorative spirits,comprehensive competence by fostering initiative,employability by training entrepreneur spirit,and improving the study on social recognition,training environment,employment environment and training mode,so as to resolve the dilemma.
