为了研究急性不同强度有氧运动干预对大学生尼古丁成瘾者抑制控制能力的干预效应,将尼古丁成瘾的受试者随机分为三组,分别进行不同强度的有氧运动干预。在运动干预前后,使用Go/No go范式测试受试者抑制控制能力,采用2×3进行重复测量方差分析,探究不同有氧运动强度对大学生尼古丁成瘾的干预效应。结果表明:运动干预后高强度有氧运动组的No go刺激正确率显著高于干预前(P=0.029),Go刺激反应时显著短于干预前(P=0.037);此外,干预后该组的Go刺激反应时显著短于中等强度组(P=0.034)和对照组(P=0.038),No go刺激正确率显著高于中等强度组(P=0.039)和对照组(P=0.003)。得出结论:高强度有氧运动可显著增强尼古丁成瘾大学生的抑制控制能力。

To investigate the effects of acute aerobic exercise interventions of varying intensities on the inhibitory control abilities of college students with nicotine addiction,participants with nicotine addiction were randomly divided into three groups and underwent aerobic exercise interventions of different intensities.Before and after the exercise interventions,the participants’ inhibitory control abilities were assessed using the Go/No Go paradigm test.A 2×3 repeated measures analysis of variance was conducted to investigate the effects of different aerobic exercise intensities on nicotine addiction among college students.The results indicated that after the exercise intervention,the high the No-go stimulus accuracy rate was significantly higher than before intervention (P=0.029),and the Go stimulus reaction time was significantly shorter than before intervention (P=0.037);additionally,after intervention,the Go stimulus reaction time in this group was significantly shorter than that of the moderate-intensity group (P=0.034) and the control group (P=0.038),and the correct response rate for No-Go stimuli was significantly higher than that of the moderate-intensity group (P=0.039) and the control group (P=0.003).Conclusion: High-intensity aerobic exercise can significantly enhance the inhibitory control ability of nicotine-addicted university students.
