乡村学校开展课后体育服务是有效落实“双减”政策、提高农村教育质量、促进乡村教育振兴的重要举措。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对乡村学校课后体育服务的时代价值、现实困境和突破路径进行研究。研究认为:乡村学校课后体育服务具有推动乡村学校体育高质量发展、提升乡村学生体育核心素养、促进乡村学校教育减负增效、推动城乡实现体育教育公平的时代价值。但存在四重现实困境:社会资源薄弱、校内支持有限、家校配合度不够、学生参与热情低迷,制约其服务实效。研究提出推动社会体育资源支持乡村学校、优化乡村学校校内体育资源配置、加强乡村家校课后体育服务配合、激发乡村学生体育参与内生动力等突破路径。

The development of after-school sports services in rural schools is an important measure to effectively implement the “double reduction” policy,improve the quality of rural education,and promote the revitalization of rural education.The paper systematically studies the era value,realistic dilemma and breakthrough path of after-school sports service in rural schools by using the methods of literature and logical analysis.It is found that the era value includes promoting the high-quality development of sports in rural schools,improving the core quality of rural students’ sports,promoting the burden reduction and efficiency increase of rural school education,and promoting the realization of sports educational equity in urban and rural areas.However,there are some practical problems,such as weak social resources for after-school sports services in rural schools,limited support in schools,insufficient cooperation between home and school,and low enthusiasm for participating of rural primary and secondary school students,which restrict the development of after-school sports services.It is proposed to guide the supply of social sports resources to rural schools,optimize the allocation of rural sports resources,strengthen the coordination between rural homes and schools,and stimulate the endogenous power of rural students to participate in sports.
