摘要:
篮球场上不同位置的运动员,其跑动距离不同;有球跑动与无球跑动、进攻和防守等跑动的动作形式也不同。采用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,对不同位置的篮球运动员专项耐力特征、专项耐力训练现状研究。根据篮球运动员的专项耐力特点,设计不同位置的青少年篮球运动员专项耐力训练方案,从而提高青少年篮球运动员专项耐力水平及训练质量。结果表明:不同的专项耐力训练方案导致训练的效果有所差异;采用基于球员位置特征的方案更契合各位置球员临场比赛时所需的耐力储备,是专项耐力训练的优化选择。
Abstract:
Athletes in different positions on the basketball court have different running distances;Running with the ball is different from running without the ball,attacking and defending.By using the methods of literature and experiment,this paper studies the characteristics of special endurance and the present situation of special endurance training of basketball players in different positions.According to the characteristics of basketball players’ special endurance,the special endurance training programs for young basketball players in different positions are designed,so as to improve the special endurance level and training quality of young basketball players.The results show that different special endurance training programs lead to different training effects;The scheme based on the characteristics of players’ position is more suitable for the endurance reserve needed by players in various positions in on-the-spot competition,and it is the optimal choice for special endurance training.
