运动项目学院人才培养的域外经验与启示——以英国足球商学院为例-《体育科学研究》

摘要:: 运用文献资料、访谈、田野调查等研究方法，基于CIPP教育教学发展评价模型对英国足球商学院进行实证研究。研究认为：英国足球商学院以国家、地区政策、教育导向为引领，确立运动项目学院办学定位和人才培养方案；以师资投入和学校设施为基础，合理配置教育教学资源；以多元化学科建设与产学研协同为保障，实施人才培养过程；以毕业评价和就业评价为评定指标，监控教育教学成果绩效。启示：我国运动项目学院发展要坚持政策性引导，明确应用型办学定位；保证基础投入建设，重视项目化资源配置；优化人才培养路径，夯实术科化实施过程；完善综合评价体系，提升反馈式结果绩效，为我国运动项目学院高质量发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:: This paper uses literature,interviews,field surveys,and other research methods to conduct an empirical study on the UK Football Business School based on the CIPP education and teaching development evaluation model.The study believes that:the UK Football Business School takes national and regional policies and education orientation as the guidance to establish the positioning of sports colleges and the plan of talent training;based on teacher input and school facilities,reasonably allocate education and teaching resources;takes diversified subject construction and industry-university-research collaboration as the guarantee to implement the process of talent training;takes graduation evaluation and employment evaluation as the evaluation index to monitor the achievements and performance of education and teaching.Enlightenment:the development of sports colleges in China should adhere to the policy guidance and clarify the application-oriented positioning;ensure the basic investment construction and pay attention to the allocation of project resources;optimize the talent training path and consolidate the implementation process of technical science;improve the comprehensive evaluation system and improve the feedback performance,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of sports colleges in China.
