摘要:
校园足球特色学校建设进程中，顶层设计与实践发展存在显著偏差。研究基于社会资本理论，提出通过信任、互惠规范和共同认知等功能机制，优化学校足球参与主体间关系网络，以此作为纠偏特色学校发展路径、回归校园足球本质的核心动能。社会资本的功能实现表现为：在认知维度上，促进了学校权益主体在足球参与问题上形成共识；在关系维度上，强化了足球活动开展组织的规范有序；在结构维度上，构建起学生有效参与足球活动的关系网络。
Abstract:
In the promotion of campus football on special campus,there is a deviation between the top-level design and the development reality.If we have social capital,it means that we can improve and optimize the relationship between the campus subjects through the mechanisms of trust,reciprocal norms and common cognition,which are effective resources for the characteristic campus to overcome the deviation and return to the correct development path of campus football.The realization of the functions of social capital is manifested as follows:in the cognitive dimension,it should promote the determination of consensus among the interest subjects,in the relational dimension,it should strengthen the norms and order of policy implementation,and in the structural dimension,it should build a social relationship network for effective participation.
