摘要:
目的:探讨远红外陶瓷微珠对大鼠一次性力竭运动后血清SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量的影响。方法:将88只雄性SD大鼠分为安静对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、模型+热水组(C组)、(模型+陶瓷微珠组D组)。B、C、D组大鼠利用下坡跑跑台一次性运动至力竭。各组大鼠分别于安静时与运动后即刻、24h、48h、72h取心脏血,分离血清测定SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量。结果:D组运动后各时相血清SOD、GSH-Px含量均高于B组与C组同时相(P<0.05),D组运动后各时相血清MDA含量均低于B组与C组同时相(P<0.05)。结论:陶瓷微珠干预手段具有抑制急性运动后机体氧自由基生成,减少过氧化损伤的作用。
Abstract:
Objective:Applying for infrared ceramic beads as a once exhaustive exercise intervention study on rats skeletal muscle SOD,GSH-Px,MDA indicators.Methods:88 male SD rats were divided into Group A:control group;Group B:natural recovery after exercise,model group;Group C:model group+ hot water 3 sets;Group D:far infrared ceramic beads after exercise intervention group,model group + ceramic beads.Each phase of the measurement data for analysis which taking the treadmill exercise to experimental rats exhaustion,every group rats respectively in a quiet,immediately after exercise,exercise after 24h,48h and 72h.Result:Group B,C recovery after 24 h and 48 h phase of blood SOD,GSH-Px enzyme activities were lower than group D,that of MDA was more than recovery group D(P<0.05).Concluions:Far infrared ceramic beads interventions can inhibit the body's free radical production,reduce free radical damage body.
