摘要:

运用问卷调查法、观察法等研究方法，对福建省青少年排球教练员群体的构成情况、执教理念、训练及队伍管理的方式方法等进行调查、统计和分析。结果显示：福建省青少年排球教练员队伍人数较少，缺少高级职称教练员；男女性教练员存在选材理念上的差异；教练员在训练中能够遵循排球运动基本规律，基本能够做到“因材施教”，对训练计划的制定与执行有待进一步加强；有运动队管理的细化制度与要求，但课后落实情况教弱；教练员自身有较强的岗培需求。建议每年合理增加队伍比赛次数；加强教练员岗位培训力度；建立教练员训练资源共享平台。

Abstract:

By using the methods of questionnaire and observation，this paper makes an investigation，statistics and analysis on the composition of the youth volleyball coaches in Fujian Province，their coaching ideas，the methods of training and team management.The results show that the number of young volleyball coaches in Fujian Province is small，the lack of senior titles；there are differences between male and female coaches in the concept of athlete selection；training can follow the basic rules of volleyball，can basically achieve “teach students according to their aptitude”，the formulation and implementation of training plans need to be further strengthened；there are sports team management about refining the system and requirements，but the implementation of the situation is weak；coaches have strong demand for “on the job training”.It is suggested that the number of team competitions should be increased reasonably every year，the strength of coaches “on the job training” should be strengthened，and the platform for sharing coaches training resources should be established.
