摘要:
从词源学的角度对“体”“育”“素”“养”四个字分别进行了文化内涵剖析,对体育素养的概念进行了重新的厘定。研究认为:体育素养的基本要素养应当由基本生存要素、体质健康要素、心理适应要素、社会交往要素和道德审美要素五部分组成。因此在青少年的体育素养教育理念中,应当摒弃单一的“体质第一”思想。不仅要因人而异,根据学生生长发育的发展特点选择合适的体育教育内容;更要综合考量,保障青少年体育素养的全面提升和后续发展。
Abstract:
In deepening the quality education reform background,to develop physical quality comprehensive juvenile sports school.By using literature and logic analysis,based on the analysis of the concept of sports culture accomplishment,the connotation and elements of sports literacy were sorted and summarized the new sports accomplishment,that people should be the basic elements of survival,physical health,psychological factors,social factors and adapt to the elements of moral and aesthetic factors of five parts.So,in the physical education of teenagers,not only from time to time,to select the appropriate physical education contents according to the different stages of development characteristics;more comprehensive consideration,guarantee to enhance the literacy of youth sports development and followup.
