摘要:
为了探究整合体育产业资源优化配置的方法，采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，基于移动互联网的O2O模式对当前体育产业的影响，运用O2O模式整合体育产业资源的可行性进行探讨和分析，互联网思维改写传统商业模式，把线上线下结合到一起，使用O2O模式给企业带来全新的发展，给体育消费者带来更好的体验，并针对体育产业资源的优化配置在体育培训业、体育场馆资源、体育赛事资源、体育人力资源等方面给予建议与推广策略。建议利用O2O模式优化资源配置，更好的搭建健身平台，促进全民健身。
Abstract:
In order to explore the integration of sports industry resources optimization configuration method,this paper used the methods of literature and logical analysis,the impact of mobile Internet O2O mode on the current sports industry based,discusses and analyzes the feasibility of using O2O mode of integration of sports industry resources,the Internet thinking to rewrite the traditional business model, online and offline together. It used the O2O mode to bring new development to the enterprise,to give consumers better sports experience and give suggestions and promotion strategies for optimizing the allocation of resources of sports industry in sports training industry,sports venues,sports resources, sports and other aspects of human resources,recommending the use of O2O model to optimize the allocation of resources,building a platform to promote better health national fitness.
