摘要:
为了比较常规康复训练法和本体感觉强化训练法对半月板损伤术后患者肌力的影响,以指导运动员合理进行康复训练,研究将半月板损伤术后患者按照均衡原则随机分为常规康复训练组和本体感觉强化训练组,于术前、术后4周、术后8周时测量并比较患膝关节周围屈、伸肌群肌力。结果表明:经康复训练4周后,两组患者伸肌群肌力较术前增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者屈肌群肌力与术前相比无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经康复训练8周后,两组患者伸肌群和屈肌群肌力均较术前明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后8周与术前比较,屈、伸肌群肌力增长量差值方面,常规康复训练组(24.28±6.35)远大于本体感觉强化训练组(12.19±4.27),差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。所以,本体感觉强化训练能促进膝关节屈、伸肌群肌力平衡增长,对半月板损伤术后患者的康复效果优于常规训练方法。
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of conventional rehabilitation training with proprioceptive intensive training on the muscle strength of patients with a meniscus injury.Subjects with meniscus injury were randomly divided into two groups:normal rehabilitation training group and proprioceptive intensive training group.Knee extensor and flexor muscle strength measurements using isokinetic dynamometer at 60°/s have been conducted preoperative,4 weeks after training and 8 weeks after training.The difference in isokinetic strength of extensors was statistically significant between pre-operation and 4 weeks after training (P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in isokinetic strength of flexor group during this period (P>0.05).After 8 weeks training,the strength of flexor group and extensors at 60°/s in both groups increased,the differences were significant (P<0.05).The growth difference between flexor group and extensors in proprioception strengthen training group(12.19±4.27) was significantly lower than that of conventional rehabilitation group(24.28±6.35),the difference was significant (P<0.01).Proprioception training on the patients with meniscus injury is more effective than the conventional training method.
