福建体育用品制造业服务化转型的现状分析-《体育科学研究》

摘要:: 服务化转型是福建体育用品制造业产业转型升级、培育发展新动能、打造竞争新优势的必然趋势和要求，也是应对再工业化和消费需求异质化的必然选择。本文以问题为导向，从政策环境、产业结构、消费需求三个方面分析福建体育用品制造业服务化转型的必要性。通过对莆田、泉州、三明、漳州等地的调研，发现福建体育用品制造业服务化转型存在能力不够、动力不足、低端锁定、条件有限等困境，进而提出以技术和人才为依托，提高企业的核心能力；以产业政策体系为保障，增强企业的内在动力；以标准和征信为根本，优化企业的营商环境；以价值链两端为方向，选择合适的服务化模式等建议。以期为福建体育用品制造业发展提供有效的方法借鉴和决策参考。

Abstract:: Service transformation is an inevitable trend and requirement for Fujian’s sporting goods manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade,foster new development momentum,and create new competitive advantages.It is also an inevitable choice for dealing with re-industrialization and heterogeneous consumer demand.This paper is problem-oriented,and analyzes the necessity of service transformation of Fujian sporting goods manufacturing industry from three aspects: policy environment,industrial structure and consumer demand.Based on the investigations of Putian,Quanzhou,Sanming and Zhangzhou,it is concluded that Fujian’s sporting goods manufacturing service transformation has insufficient capacity,lack of motivation,low-end locking,limited conditions,etc.,and then proposes to rely on technology and talents.Improve the core competence of the enterprise;strengthen the internal motivation of the enterprise with the industrial policy system as the guarantee;optimize the business environment of the enterprise based on standards and credit information;select the appropriate service model from the two ends of the value chain,in order to provide an effective method for reference and decision-making reference for the development of Fujian sporting goods manufacturing industry.
