摘要:
“申请-审核”制是博士研究生招生选拔的国际通行规则,这也将成为我国体育学博士研究生招生的发展趋势。采用文献资料法、访谈法对我国大陆、台湾地区及国外体育学博士研究生招生的“申请-审核”制进行梳理与比较分析,认为我国大陆体育学博士研究生招生“申请-审核”制在科研能力考核、考核形式及中期考核等方面与国外存在差异。建议分专业制定招生细则,加强科研能力考核;强化导师责任,充分发挥复试专家组的集体决策作用;建立健全监督机制,兼顾效率和公平;建立学术进展评估制度,结合“延迟毕业”政策,不断提高培养质量。
Abstract:
The “application-review” system is an internationally accepted rule for the selection and enrollment of doctoral graduate students.This will also become the development trend for the enrollment of doctoral graduate students in physical education in China.Using literature and telephone interviews methods,we combed and compared the “application-review” system for the enrollment of PhD candidates in physical education in mainland China,Taiwan,and abroad.It was considered that the application review system for the enrollment of PhD candidates in physical education in mainland China is different from Taiwan and abroad,including research capacity assessment,assessment forms,and mid-term assessments.Suggestions:we should specialize in enrollment rules to strengthen the assessment of scientific research capabilities;play a role in the collective decision-making of retesting expert groups;establish and improve supervision mechanisms that take into account both efficiency and fairness;establish academic progress assessment systems and combine the policy of “delayed graduation” to continuously improve training quality.
