探讨男大学生BMI(体质量指数)、WHR(腰臀围比)、PBF(体脂百分比)水平与睡眠质量间的相互关系。对招募的山西省某高校410名男大学生进行体成分测试和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)调查,运用SPSS 17.0软件进行描述、对比、二分类logistic回归分析。结果表明:男大学生的睡眠障碍率为14.6 %,依据BMI、WHR、PBF标准筛查出的男大学生偏瘦率分别为14.6 %、32.8 %、19.5 %,肥胖率分别为7.4 %、8.3 %、17.1 %;不同WHR水平组间的睡眠指标差异并未表现出统计学意义(P>0.05),BMI偏瘦组、BMI肥胖组的睡眠障碍率及睡眠障碍患病风险均高于BMI正常组,PBF偏瘦组、PBF肥胖组的睡眠障碍率及睡眠障碍患病风险均高于PBF正常组(P<0.05);不同睡眠组间的WHR指标均未表现出统计学意义的差异(P>0.05),睡眠障碍组的BMI偏瘦率、BMI肥胖率和PBF偏瘦率均高于睡眠正常组(P<0.05)。结论:男大学生的睡眠质量及体型现状并不乐观,BMI、PBF指标与睡眠质量间相互影响,无论消瘦还是肥胖都与睡眠障碍相互作用。
Abstract:
To explore the correlation between BMI,WHR,PBF and sleep quality of male college students.Methods:410 male college students recruited from a college in Shanxi Province were selected for body composition test and PSQI survey.Descriptive analysis,comparative analysis and Bi-classification logistic regression analysis were performed by using the SPSS19.0 software.Results:Sleep disorder rate of male college students was 14.6 %,the lean rate was 14.6 %,32.8 %,19.5 % and obesity rate was 7.4 %,8.3 %,17.1 % respectively according to BMI,WHR and PBF standards.There was no significant difference on sleep indexes among different WHR level groups,BMI lean group and BMI obesity group were significantly higher than BMI normal group,PBF lean group and PBF obesity group were significantly higher than PBF normal group on sleep disorder rate and risk of sleep disorders.There was no significant difference on WHR indexes between two sleep quality groups,sleep disorder group was significantly higher than normal sleep group on BMI lean rate,BMI obesity rate and PBF lean rate.Conclusion:The sleep quality and body shape of male college students are not optimistic,BMI and PBF indicators interact with sleep quality,both leanness and obesity interact with sleep disorders.
