摘要:
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和访谈法对中国女子三级跳远发展现状及其原因进行分析和研究。研究表明，近些年中国女子三级跳远陷入了严峻的发展困境：竞技水平下滑、选材环境恶化、竞技能力全面不足。应对这种困境的对策有：引进国际先进的训练方法和康复技术；加强科研服务项目的训练和比赛实践；从小加强选手心理能力的培养；增加选手参加大赛的机会。
Abstract:
Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematic statistics,and interviews to analyze and research the actuality of the competitive of Chinese women’s triple jump.The research shows,Chinese women’s triple jump is hardly troubled by the serious decline of competitive level,the deterioration of talent-selection environment,and lack of competitive ability.The countermeasures include studying and importing international advanced training methods and rehabilitation technologies,enhancing scientific research to serve the practice of training and competition,enhancing the cultivation of psychological ability since childhood,and increasing the chances of competition for athletes.
