摘要:
通过对福建省近年举办的橄榄球赛事、参与人员、开展橄榄球运动学校的研究，可以发现近年福建省橄榄球赛事增多，参与的人数及开展橄榄球运动的学校大幅增加，橄榄球运动快速发展，发展中也遇到了对橄榄球运动的认知度不够、专业教练人才不足、各级政策支持力度较弱等问题，提出加强专业人才的培养、深化“体教融合”的力度建立长期发展的目标、举办多层次的赛事、加大各方面的宣传力度及对外交流等建议，从而推动橄榄球运动的发展。
Abstract:
The number of rugby events increased，the number of participants and schools in Fujian Province increased significantly，rugby developed rapidly in recent years.In the process of development，the awareness of rugby was not enough，professional coaches were insufficient，and policy support at all levels was insufficient In order to promote the development of rugby.we should strengthen the cultivation of professional talents，deepen the integration of sports and education，establish longterm development goals，hold multi-level competitions，increase publicity and foreign exchanges in all aspects.
