摘要:
探讨习练太极拳对久坐少动老年人机体血浆8-OHdG和OGG1的影响,方法为对10名健康老年人进行为期16周(5次/周、70分钟/次)的简化太极拳练习干预。干预前(0周)、第8周、第12周及第16周于肘静脉采血3ml,并应用分光光度计和酶联免疫法测试血浆8-OHdG、OGG1及SOD等氧化应激指标。与干预前相比较,血浆8-OHdG在第8和第12周明显上升(P<0.05),血浆OGG1的活性在第8周开始明显提高(P<0.05),血浆SOD和羟自由基抑制能力(OH·-IC)在第8、12和16周均有显著提高(P<0.05),GPX和GSH干预前后无明显变化(P>0.05);MDA从第8周起明显下降(P<0.05)。结论表明:16周太极拳练习可有效改善久坐老人DNA碱基的损伤及其修复能力,且从第8周开始便可获得这种效应。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of 16-week Tai Chi exercise on plasma 8-OHdG and OGG1 in sedentary elderly. Methods: 10 healthy elderly were intervened by the simplified Tai Chi programfor 16 weeks(5 times/week, 70 minutes/time). 3 ml of blood was collected from the elbow vein at 0 weeks(before intervention), 8th week, 12th week and 16th week. Plasma 8-OHdG, OGG1, and oxidative stress indicators such as SOD were measured by the methods of spectrophotometer and enzyme-linked immunoassay. Results: plasma 8-OHdG increased significantly at 8- and 12-week (P<0.05) compared with baseline. The activity of OGG1 increased significantly from 8-week(P<0.05). Plasma SOD and hydroxyl radical inhibition(OH·-IC) were significantly increased at 8-, 12-, and 16-week(P<0.05); GPx and GSH did not change significantly (P>0.05); MDA decreased significantly from 8-week(P<0.05). Conclusion: 16-week Tai Chi exercise is effectively to improve the ability of DNA base damage and its repair in the sedentary healthy elderly, and this effect can be obtained from the 8th week.
