摘要:
采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、逻辑分析法对高校体育社团隐性思想政治教育路径进行研究。研究结果显示:高校体育社团的存在为学生提供多样丰富的符号价值;明确的活动规则有利于契约精神的培养;自愿参与和自主管理突出学生的主体性;企业化运作过程中为学生提供丰富的角色体验是高校体育社团作为隐性思想政治教育路径的优势。加强高校体育社团隐性思想政治教育路径有效性的对策为:进一步强化高校体育社团存在的符号价值;完善高校体育社团管理制度的顶层设计;在高校体育社团活动中加入拓展训练。
Abstract:
Literature review,questionnaire investigation and logic analysis were employed to study the implicit ideological and political education approaches in college sports associations.The research results indicate that:college sports association show the value of offering diversified symbols to students;specific activities benefit for training contracted spirit;voluntary participation and self-independent management can highlight students’ subjectivity; different role experience offered to students in the enterprised operation process is the advantages for college sports associates as the implicit ideological and political education approaches.The measures to reinforce the effectiveness of college sports associates as the implicit ideological and political education approaches include:further reinforcing the symbol value of college sports associates,improving the top level design of college sports management system; incorporating outward development into the activities of college sports association.
