摘要:
运用文献资料法、实验法，对高校体育实施阳光体育运动的模式进行了研究，并结合高校体育教学的特点，构建了阳光体育教学模式，即提出取消以班级为单位的体育课组织形式，将学生的体育学习和锻炼时间安排在早操和课外活动时间，并以院系为单位进行体育锻炼和健身方法的传授，既抓学生身体素质尤其是耐力素质，又注重健身方法的传授，使学生明确体育锻炼的目的，掌握健身锻炼方法、培养锻炼兴趣、养成锻炼习惯，为终身体育锻炼奠定基础。
Abstract:
This paper makes research on the model of the university sports implementing sunshine sports through literature inquiry method and teaching experiment method, and builds sunshine sports teaching mode according to the characteristics of the university sports.It not only puts forward canceling the physical education class organization form with the unit of class,and arranges the sports and exercise during the morning exercises and extracurricular activities, but also teaches the sports exercise and bodybuilding ways with the unit of college.Therefore,it focuses on the physical quality of the students(especially the endurance) and the teaching of bodybuilding ways,which enables the students to clearly understand the purpose of the sports exercise, grasp the bodybuilding ways,experience the exercise interest,form exercise habit and lays solid foundation for the physical exercise during the whole life.
