研究在辩证唯物主义、系统论、现代教师教育理论、民族学等科学理论指导下,采用文献资料法和访谈法,从少数民族地区教师教育与民族性理念相结合的视角来阐述"特色化"的含义,并结合云南省的特点,分析边疆民族地区体育教育人才培养模式改革的可行性,提出新时期边疆民族地区体育教育人才培养模式改革的思路。研究认为特色民族体育教育人才培养应从实际需要出发,立足云南,面向边疆民族地区,依托云南民族传统体育资源,结合现代教师教育理论,以体育学科建设为核心,以专业和课程建设为依托,以教学、科研为实践手段,构筑有效的质量保障体系,成为边疆民族地区体育教育人才培养方面具有代表性的省份。
Abstract:
This research is under the guidance of dialectical materialism, system theory, the modern theory of teacher education, ethnology and other scientific theory, using the method of literature and interview, from the minority areas of teacher education and the idea of nationality integration perspective to explain the meaning of “characteristics”, and combining with the characteristics of Yunnan Province, the feasibility analysis of training mode reform physical education talents in ethnic frontier regions, the training mode reform of physical education talent frontier minority areas in the new period thought. Study on the national physical education talents training characteristics starting from the actual needs is based on Yunnan, facing the frontier minority areas, relying on the traditional sports resources in Yunnan minority, combined with modern education theory, to sports discipline construction as the core, to the professional and curriculum construction as the basis, to the teaching, scientific research into practice means, build an effective quality assurance system, to be physical education talent frontier minority area culture representative provinces.
