摘要:
采用文献资料、调查等研究方法,依据教师专业化对教师教学活动的要求,针对体育教师职前职后衔接存在的问题,提出体育教师职前职后衔接模式应突出特色,确立“三维立交”课程体系,开展自主适应性培养,变集中实习为阶段实习,变“知识型”为“能力型”培养模式等策略。旨在为高师院校培养出实际所需的中小学体育教师提供借鉴,为促进体育教师专业化成长提供参考。
Abstract:
With literature, survey and other research methods, putting forward of the view that the mode of PE teachers' pre-service and in-service which should include strategy that prominent professional characteristics, establish the curriculum system of three dimensional interchange, unfold independent adaptive training, transfer the concentrated internship to periodical internship, and change the training mode from “knowledge” to “ability” and so on. All of above strategy are put forward on the basis of the requirements of teachers' activities about the teachers'professionalism, according to problems that connection of PE teachers' pre-service and in-service. The paper is aimed at providing reference for normal universities which cultivate the actual required PE teachers' of middle and primary schools, offering mirror for promoting professional growth of PE teachers.
