摘要:
广场舞纠纷已成为各界高度关注的社会问题。研究通过梳理广场舞纠纷的现实表现，反思广场舞发展中存在的问题。研究表明治理广场扰民必须做到：运用公共治理理论，以政府作为治理主体；在物质层面，政府合理配置社区体育公共资源和强化激励机制；在制度层面，营造良好制度环境，完善制度供给；在精神层面，强化社邻文化，实现和睦共处。
Abstract:
Square dance dispute has become a social issue of great concern to all sectors.Through the combing the realistic performance of the square dance dispute,it reflects on the problems existing in the development of square dance.The use of public governance theory,by taking the government as the subject of governance,at the material level,the government allocates community sports public resources rationally and strengthens the incentive mechanism.In the material level,to create a good system environment can improve the system supply.In the spiritual level,to strengthen the neighborhood culture can achieve harmonious coexistence.
