摘要:
中国篮球后备力量培养基本是由俱乐部、地方体育局下属的体工队以及教育部门下属的学校体系构成。三个体系各有优势和缺陷。观念的落后、体制的弊端,缺乏统一的战略规划和战略格局以及没有成熟的中国篮球后备力量培养模式,成为制约中国篮球后备力量培养的直接原因。
Abstract:
Chinese basketball reserve talent is mainly composed of the club,the sports team affiliated to the local sports bureau,the school system affiliated to the education department.Each of the three systems has its advantages and disadvantages.The direct reasons for restricting the cultivation of Chinese basketball reserve talents are the following:the backwardness of the concept,the shortcoming of the system,the lack of a unified strategic planning and strategic pattern,and the immaturity of the training mode.
