摘要:
文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和系统比较法,分析澳大利亚4所大学开设的运动与健康专业相关要素。研究表明:澳大利亚高校以学生个人兴趣和社会需求为基础,强调学生基础学科知识和实务操作与应用经验的累计;以健康为核心,以学生选择研究兴趣领域为起点,构建与运动相关的课程模组;师资队伍专注于运动与健康相关领域;学习评价方式多元化,学生学习知识多维性。学生面临较大就业压力,对于现实薪资与理想预期有差距;学生的实习基地是与本科课程紧密结合的合作健康培训机构、医院、学校等,分为必修实习课和个人申请研究项目两类;毕业需得到澳大利亚相关运动科学和教育机构的认可,才可申请注册成为认证专家。澳大利亚较成熟的运动健康专业人才培养模式,将为我国制定和完善相应的人才培养方案提供有效的参考和依据。
Abstract:
This paper uses literature,logic analysis and systematic comparison to analyze the relevant elements of the sports and health professions offered by four Australian universities.Based on the students'personal interests and social needs,the emphasis is on the accumulation of students'basic subject knowledge and practical operation and application experience.The curriculum is based on health,and students are selected to study the interest areas as the starting point to build sports'related Course module;faculty,focusing on sports and health related fields;diversified learning evaluation methods,students learning knowledge multidimensional.Employment is under great pressure.Students have a gap between actual salary and ideal expectations.In practice,students'internships are cooperative health training institutions,hospitals,schools,etc.,which are closely related to undergraduate courses.They are divided into compulsory practice courses and individual application research projects.Class;graduation requirements,subject to the recognition of relevant sports science and educational institutions in Australia,can apply for registration as a certification expert.Australia's more mature sports health professional training model will provide an effective reference and basis for China to develop and improve the corresponding talent training program.
