摘要:
乡村振兴战略自党的十九大报告提出后，成为“三农”事业发展的顶层设计，并以产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕为总要求。在该战略背景下，我国农村公共体育服务虽已取得较大成绩，但仍存在存量配置落后、体育资源规划利用不充分、乡村文化建设得不到应有重视等问题。为此，研究提出采取思路上重塑城乡关系、模式上依托产业动力、策略上注重乡土人文、要素上强化有效供给的对策，以求改善现状和助力实现乡村振兴。
Abstract:
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the rural vitalization strategy has become the top-level design for the development of agriculture，rural areas and farmers，aims on building rural areas with thriving businesses，pleasant living environments，social etiquette and civility，effective governance，and prosperity.Against this background，although China has made great achievements in rural public sports services，there are still some problems，such as low stock and quality of facilities，inadequate planning and utilization of sports resources，and insufficient attention to rural cultural construction.Therefore，the paper proposes methods including reshaping the urban-rural relationship，taking advantage of industrial driving force，paying attention to local culture and strengthening effective supply in factors to improve the current situation，and facilitate to the achievement of rural vitalization.
