摘要:
高校排球作为“三大球”校园体育的重要组成部分,其关注度却相对较低。作为我国的体育强省辽宁省现有高校约115所,校园体育氛围较为浓郁,然而相关基础研究较少。因此本研究以辽宁省为对象,致力于构建辽宁省普通高校校园排球发展水平评价指标体系。笔者运用文献查阅法和专家访谈法,在了解了先前学者对校园排球的研究成果,结合了《普通高等学校体育工作基本标准》以及《学校体育工作条例》等相关政策文件,听取构建辽宁省校园排球开展情况评价指标体系的意见,,经过两轮专家意见征询后,以系统理论和综合评价为理论基础,运用德尔菲法,构建出具备3个一级指标、14个二级指标和47个三级指标的普通高校校园排球发展水平评价指标体系。并运用层次分析法分配了各指标的权重。
Abstract:
As an important part of “three big balls” entering the campus,college volleyball attracts relatively little attention.There are about 115 colleges and universities in Liaoning province.At the same time,as a strong sports province in China,the campus sports atmosphere is relatively strong.Therefore,this study takes Liaoning province as an example to construct an evaluation index system for the development level of campus volleyball in colleges and universities.Through literature review and expert interviews,the author learned about the previous research results of campus volleyball and listened to the opinions on the construction of the evaluation index system of campus volleyball in Liaoning province.On the theoretical basis of system theory and comprehensive evaluation,combined with the basic standards for physical education work in general institutions of higher learning,regulations on physical education work in schools and other relevant policy documents,the Delphi method was used to construct 3 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 47 thirdlevel indicators after two rounds of expert advice consultation.The weight of each index is assigned by ahp.
