摘要:
体育特色小镇的快速发展对我国的经济增长、城镇化率的提高具有较大的推进作用。笔者运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查等研究方法，对当前我国体育特色小镇的发展现状进行研究。从国家政策、资金投入、发展模式等方面分析了当前体育特色小镇的发展热潮，并且就体育特色小镇的发展存在的房地产化、同质化、盲目化、单一化等问题，提出了完善监督管理体制、厘清小镇的“角色”，挖掘地域禀赋资源、突出小镇“特色”，创新要素供给方式、巩固小镇“底色”，推动产业融合发展，丰富小镇“颜色”等建议，以求推动体育特色小镇的健康可持续发展。
Abstract:
The rapid development of sports towns has made great contributions to China’s economic growth and urbanization.Using the methods of documentary，expert interview，and field investigation，makes a research on the development status quo about sports town in China from the aspects of national policy，funding and development models of the growth of the sports towns.Finds out some problems of urbanization，homogenization，blindness and simplification in the development of sports towns，puts forward the proposal of improving the supervision and management system，clarifying the “role” of the town ，tapping regional potential，highlighting the feature to enhance the sustainable development of the sports characteristic towns.
