摘要:
现阶段体育强国战略和“双一流”建设的强烈驱动，对我国体育教育训练学博士研究生的教育提出了更高的要求和挑战。通过采用文献资料法和调查法，以美国春田学院体育教育哲学博士研究生的培养模式为研究对象，发现其培养环节的特色、本质和价值表现为：明确的学院使命与标准的专业方向、专业的育人理念和多元的招生选拔、丰富的课程体系和合理的学分配置、严格的考核方式和规范的淘汰机制。并对上海体育学院、华中师范大学等10所博士培养单位的体育教育训练学专业培养方案的一般特征和规律进行整理和归纳，提出深化改革的思路和设想。建议适当调整学科价值和定位，延长学制年限；积极完善课程体系，逐步优化学分配置；深入整合模块化课程，重视强化相关训练；适度改进和完善考核方式，转变测试办法。
Abstract:
At the current stage ，under the strong drive of the strategy of strong sports countries and the construction of “double first-class”，it puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the education of doctoral students in physical education and training in China.By using the methods of literature data and investigation，the raise pattern of the Ph.D in physical education philosophy of Springfield College in the United States is taken as the research object，revealing the characteristics、essence and value：clear academic mission and standard professional direction、professional education concept and diverse enrollment selection、rich curriculum and reasonable credit allocation、strict assessment methods and standardized elimination mechanisms.The general characteristics and laws of the physical education training program of 10 doctoral training units such as Shanghai University of Sport and Central China Normal University were collated and summarized，and the ideas for in-depth reform were put forward.It is recommended to appropriately adjust the value and positioning of the discipline，extend the length of the academic system；actively improve the curriculum system and gradually optimize credit allocation；deeply integrate modular curriculum and pay attention to strengthen the related training; moderately improve the assessment methods and change test methods.
