摘要:
以利益相关者理论为基础,采用文献资料、专家访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法对我国职业体育俱乐部履行环境社会责任的现状、失责原因及履责必要性进行分析,进而给出我国职业体育俱乐部履行环境社会责任的具体路径。研究认为:当前我国职业体育俱乐部在环境保护行动方面表现不佳且履行环境社会责任的意识也有所欠缺;导致我国职业体育俱乐部履行环境社会责任失责的重要致因是内部治理结构不完善,且外部激励监督体系不健全;建议职业体育俱乐部各主体利益相关者对履责过程中的制约因素和困难加以克服,积极推动职业体育俱乐部履行环境社会责任,实现职业体育俱乐部品牌声誉与市场竞争力的提升。
Abstract:
Based on the stakeholder theory,using literature,expert interviews,logical analysis and other research methods to analyze the status quo,causes of default and the need to perform responsibilities of professional sports clubs in China,and then give the professional sports clubs in China Specific paths to fulfill environmental and social responsibilities.The research believes that Chinas professional sports clubs are performing poorly in environmental protection actions and their awareness of performing environmental and social responsibilities is also lacking.The major causes of the failure of professional sports clubs in performing their environmental and social responsibilities are the incomplete internal governance structure and external inspiration and supervision system.It is recommended that the main stakeholders of professional sports clubs should overcome the constraints and difficulties in the performance of their duties,actively promote professional sports clubs to perform environmental and social responsibilities,and improve the brand reputation and market competitiveness of professional sports clubs.
