摘要:
在高等教育专业人才培养是新时代加快教育强国建设着力点的背景下,文章以国标为依据,选取某地方财经院校体育经济与管理专业为研究对象,对其专业生源质量、培养目标等人才培养现状展开分析。运用文献资料、特尔菲法构建设计了以学生学习成效为导向,具有学校统一与专业结合特点的“学校通修课程+大类学科课程+专业发展课程+开放选修课程”的课程体系。研究认为该专业人才培养具有以下特点:寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养;实现了人才培养模式和教学方法的创新;实现了实践教学体系和手段创新;实现了师资队伍建设创新;实现了教学质量保障机制创新;等等。在全系列多维创新体系基础上,该专业人才培养取得显著成效:专业发展与课程建设取得成效,示范效应明显;教师教学素养提升,教学效果显著;学生学习自主性增强,创新能力提升。
Abstract:
In higher education specialty,talent training is the key point to accelerate the construction of education power in the new era.Based on the national standard,this paper selects the sports economics and management major of a local financial college as the research object,analyzes its professional student source quality,training goals and other talent cultivation status.Then,this research uses literature data and Delphi method to construct and design a curriculum system,which is oriented by students’ learning effectiveness and has the characteristics of schools unity and professional integration.More specifically,this system is made up of four components:School General Courses,Major Subject Courses,Professional Development Courses and Open Elective Courses.According to this research,the cultivation of this professional talent in this specialty has the following aspects:values guide the knowledge transfer and ability development,realize the innovation of talent training mode and teaching method,bring forth new idea in the practical teaching system and means,achieve the teacher team construction innovation and teaching quality assurance mechanism innovation and so on.This article believes that this system concrete practice lies in:professional development and the curriculum construction have achieved the effect,and the demonstration effect is obvious,teacher’s teaching quality has improved the teaching effect significantly,students learning autonomy is enhanced and their innovation ability is improved.
